  • Cable Management: Design, implement, and document structured cabling for racks, ensuring neat and efficient airflow.
  • 24/7 Support: Provide round-the-clock on-site support for clients, managing server deployments, reboot requests, and physical security.

Internship as Helpdesk— PT. Comtronics Systems

  • End-to-End Ticket Management: Managed, categorized, and prioritized incoming customer support tickets to ensure timely resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Proactive Infrastructure Monitoring: Monitored network performance and customer server statuses in real-time to rapidly identify connectivity issues and minimize service disruptions.
  • Responding and Logging Complaints: Receiving questions or damage reports and documenting them in the ticket system.

A homelab with one physical RB1100AHX2 CORE router (RouterOS 7.23.1) and three CHR instances, running VLANs, inter-ASN eBGP, OSPF, VXLAN and EVPN BGP simultaneously.

Closed a critical blanket-accept rule on the public L2TP interface, then built a Telegram alerting bot for CPU load, interface status, and internet connectivity.

I'm a network & infrastructure engineer, 18 years old, from Bandung, West Java. My day-to-day work covers cross-vendor device configuration MikroTik, Cisco, and Huawei VRP/CloudEngine for data center needs.

                
My background is in the Computer Engineering & Networking (TKJ) vocational track at SMK Prakarya Internasional. Outside of work, I run my own homelab to experiment with routing, hardening, and monitoring and I've started
